I've emailed you your password. To sign in to your account, please go to your fundraising page at www.firstgiving.com/maxandarthurrichterswimforlife and click the Sign In link in the top right corner. Then, enter your email address and the password I've emailed to you and click the Sign In button. If you have any problems during this process, please don't hesitate to contact us.

The same thing happened to me. I have gone to the website and it says it is temporarily unavailable or no longer exists, which is wild because I just created it. I emailed yesterday morning and today to try to receive help, but have been unsuccessful so far. Just waiting for a response now.

Help! I seem to be having a difficult time getting into my account. I've connected it to Facebook, which shows me as "using" firstgiving, but everytime I try to log in, it seems to not recognize my email address. This in spite of the fact that I have already "verified" the account via the link sent to my email address. I can't even request a new password. I can't even get to my fundraising page, which says it is "unavailable" or "no longer exists."
