If you've already emailed your network about your fundraising page, try these other methods of spreading the word.

• If you're on Facebook,share your page.
• If you have a blog or website, grab a widget  and add it to your site.
• If you're on Twitter, tweet about your fundraising or event milestones. Be sure to include a link to your fundraising page in each tweet.

We would love to hear from you! Tell us about your fundraising efforts and upload your event photos to our Flickr account. Tweet stories to us or share it in our Facebook group page.  We've also got a dedicated Facebook group just for runners, and another one just for animal lovers!
